AI assistant on our LINE Official Account
When you message our LINE Official Account (@uplifttech), our AI assistant sends your message to external processors, TypeSafe AI and language model providers via OpenRouter, solely to understand your enquiry and help draft a reply. Before sending, national ID, bank account and credit card numbers are masked, and your LINE display name and profile picture are not sent. External providers may retain messages under their own policies. Replies written by the AI are shown under the name "น้องเสนอ (AI)". If you do not want your messages processed by AI, please contact us by email or phone instead. You may ask us to delete your conversation history under your rights in section 04.
